The Sony BPU-90 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery is a 14.4 volt, 85Wh battery for XDCAM EX camcorders. It features an INFO function that communicates battery status to an EX camcorder, and the camcorder LCD and viewfinder in turn display exact battery life. Even when the camcorder is powered off, the camcorder LCD will continue to display status. And the battery itself has LED displays that at the push of a button indicate remaining battery life.
